A short call to clarify goals, priorities, constraints, and the expected outcome.
- Step 2Inventory / assessment
We review the current setup (remote/on-site) and identify risks and quick improvements.
- Step 3Plan + estimate
We present a delivery plan and a cost estimate. After approval, we move to implementation.
- Step 4Implementation and ongoing support
We deliver the changes, document everything, and can provide ongoing support on a monthly retainer.

We focus on Windows operations and standards, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Intune/Autopilot for device management and security. We also deliver Windows 365 deployments and support the core areas of Microsoft 365 where needed. We prioritize stability, predictability, and solid documentation, so the environment stays organized and easy to maintain. We work project-based or as ongoing support (retainer), depending on the company’s needs.
